8 week Group Antenatal classes
For mums living abroad who want to feel informed, connected, and genuinely ready.
You'll meet weekly with a small group of women in the same situation -pregnant, living abroad, figuring it out. Each session is a live, interactive 60-minute online workshop covering everything from labour physiology and pain relief to the postnatal period and feeding.
More than the content, it's the community. There's something quietly powerful about sitting with other women who understand what it means to navigate pregnancy abroad.
What's covered: Hormones and baby brain development · Exercise & diet · Labour physiology · Pain relief and coping techniques · Intervention & making informed decisions · The postnatal period · Feeding · Newborn care.
What makes it different: Every cohort is tailored to the countries represented in the group. Giving birth in Spain looks different to giving birth in Germany - and your classes will reflect that.

8 week Private Antenatal classes
We will meet for 8 separate 1 hour sessions at a time that suits you. This course will cover everything you need to know to prep for your little arrival.
We will cover: Hormones and baby brain development · Exercise & diet · Labour physiology · Pain relief and coping techniques · Intervention & making informed decisions · The postnatal period · Feeding · Newborn care.
Everything in the group course, but just you, your partner (if you'd like them there), and me. Sessions fit around your schedule and your specific situation - your hospital, your country, your concerns.
This will also include a birth preparation (planning) session.
If you want to go deeper on something - a particular fear, a specific procedure, what to expect at your exact clinic - we can. No curriculum to stick to. Just the preparation you actually need.

Twin Preparation
Because standard antenatal classes weren't designed for you.
Expecting twins changes everything - the monitoring, the birth options, the postnatal reality. This 4-week package goes well beyond standard birth preparation to cover the specific logistics, risks, and realities of a twin pregnancy and birth abroad.
We'll cover twin-specific labour dynamics and when a c-section becomes likely, managing high-risk factors in your local healthcare system, feeding two babies simultaneously, and surviving (and thriving in) the early weeks.
4 x 1-hour sessions, tailored entirely to you. £210
Birth Plan Consultation
Turn your hopes into a clear, usable plan - in your language and theirs.
This dedicated 2-hour session is for one thing: making sure you go into your birth feeling informed, prepared, and heard - even if the team around you speaks a different language.
Together we'll work through everything from place and mode of birth to pain relief, who you want in the room, and your wishes for the immediate postnatal period. I'll then write up your birth preferences using the Solare template and translate them into your local language, so your midwife and obstetrician understand exactly what matters to you.
