Spanish
Marta Fernandez Haro
ABOUT
Marta is a Spanish language coach with a Master's in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, a journalist, a Certified Neurolanguage Coach and a mum of two. She spent ten years teaching Spanish at the University of Bristol — where she also became a mother — an experience that shaped everything that came after.
Originally from Castilla-La Mancha in Spain— yes, the home of manchego cheese!
Back in Spain, she created Habla MAMA: a language and integration programme for mothers raising children in Spain. Beyond grammar and vocabulary, the programme teaches Spanish naturally, fits around the rhythm of motherhood and helps women release the fears that hold them back — so they can navigate school, healthcare, friendships and everyday life with confidence and feel like themselves when they speak.
