Pregnancy can be a lot. Pregnancy abroad is another thing entirely.
You’re growing a baby in a country that isn’t home - in a system you may not fully understand, in a second language. That is no small thing.
My services
Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) — the UK's official regulatory body for midwives.
Who am I?
I’m Laura, originally from Scotland, I am a UK trained Midwife. With experience working in the UK’s largest maternity unit, I now also focus on maternity education for families living abroad. My mission is to ensure that language barriers and foreign protocols never stand in the way of you having an informed, empowered, and positive pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience.
Fully remote options
Through remote, group or 1-on-1 educational consultations scheduled to your local time zone, I help you understand your options and advocate for your birth. I don’t replace your local medical team; I empower you to navigate them.
Available worldwide - including families based in the UK.
